Hi folks. I didn’t expect to be making this announcement but seeing as Skipinnish have I feel I need to address all the messages I’ve just received in the last half an hour.
To make it clear this is not my decision. Skipinnish have decided they want to let me go and move forward without me.
I’m sorry there wasn’t a final gig to say goodbye to all the amazing fans but that’s how it goes. You’ve all been brilliant during the last ten years. Thank you all so much for your support.
Will take some time to process all of this but I wanted to make it clear that this is not what I wanted.
The picture is my last gig, without knowing it. 

Wir wissen alle nicht, was da gelaufen ist, aber ich bin trotzdem leicht sauer. 
Erst die Tour Tickets in den Verkauf packen und kurz drauf, sagen, ach übrigens, der Sänger ist dann nicht mehr dabei. 
Wir hätten dann erstmal keine Karten gekauft und abgewartet.

Just wanted to take the time to announce I have taken the difficult decision to leave Skipinnish! 

I have had an incredible 9 years with the band and I will be forever grateful for the experiences and the memories!

Und der 3. ist weg

Echt schade, wie sich diese Band so zerlegt, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, ihre Musik gefällt mir meist gut.  Den letzten Song mit den Fishermans fand ich persönlich nicht so gut, aber das Instrumental "Silver Voyage" ist sehr stimmungsvoll. Ist ja auch von Malcolm Jones! Bin mal gespannt, wo und wann man ihn dann wiedersehen wird. Tickets für Hamburg hätten mich schon interessiert, aber ohne Norrie als Sänger nehme ich erstmal Abstand von einem Kauf. Und wenn es Rachel Walker wird, dann hat sich das sowieso erledigt.
